Scholarships and Grants

In order to encourage student and staff international mobility, the Cnam is committed to promoting scholarships and grant programmes :

  • ClassErasmus+ Mobility in Higher Education (intra-European): Croatia, Spain, Greece, Poland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden.
  • Erasmus+ International Credit Mobilities: Morocco, Tunisia
  • International Mobility Grant from the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation: Canada, Spain and Brazil
  • The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters and PhD programme.

The scholarship’s objective is to nurture and train future foreign decision-makers in priority areas of study for both the private and public sector. At master’s level of study, the programme welcomes applications from students up to the age of 25 from developing countries. At PhD level, applicants up to the age of 30 from developing and industrialised countries may apply. Every year between September and December preceding the year of enrolment, the best applicants are pre-selected and presented by the Cnam.

The Cnam is committed to providing financial assistance in the form of mobility grants to students and teaching/non-teaching staff to help them implement their mobility projects abroad.

Below are a list of grants available to our students:

  • Erasmus+ Grant: Mobility grant for Higher Education (intra-European): Croatia, Spain, Greece, Poland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden etc.
  • Erasmus+ Grant: International credit mobilities grant (MIC): Morocco, Tunisia
  • Erasmus+ Grant: Intra-European mobility grants for doctoral students of Abbé-Grégoire doctoral school HESAM: HESAM University provides doctoral students from the two doctoral schools, Sciences des Métiers de l'Ingénieur ED 432 and Abbé Grégoire ED 546, with EU-funded mobility grants that offer the possibility of carrying out internships lasting from 5 to 30 days or 2 to 6 months. To know more about these grants click HERE.

Disability-specific grants: Within the framework of the Erasmus + program, disability should not be an obstacle to mobility, both for students and for staff: there are additional funds aimed at subsidizing the specific needs that a person in a situation of handicap can have during her/his mobility. People with disabilities can benefit from a specific Erasmus + grant, in addition to their mobility grant, which would cover the additional costs generated by their stay in Europe (up to 100% of the actual costs incurred).
